  • Multi-sport athletes who need to stay strong and injury-free through a long season
  • Athletes returning from injury who need to rebuild safely
  • Athletes preparing for tryouts, showcases, or college recruiting

“Our entire family trains here — two adults and two kids — and they’ve been outstanding with all of us. They know how to work effectively with both adults and children, tailoring sessions appropriately while still keeping everyone challenged”

The program

What we develop

Every program is written for one athlete — their sport, their position, their body — and reassessed as they progress. One thing is in all of them.

Where every program starts

Durability & injury prevention

Movement and stability work that keeps athletes healthy all season.

Five Google reviewers name injury prevention by name, and three more name injury recovery — out of 53 reviews on the profile.

Speed & explosiveness

Acceleration, change of direction, and game-day power.

Functional strength

Real, transferable strength built on proper mechanics, not ego-lifting.

Sport-specific conditioning

Programs tailored to your athlete’s actual sport and position.

Questions parents ask

Before you book

Do you work with young athletes?

Who we train

Yes. Youth and high school athletes train here one-on-one, and founder Leo Lopes has trained athletes of all ranges including high school and collegiate. Before he coached, Leo pursued Judo at the Olympic level — training at Lake Placid and ranking 4th nationally — so competitive sport is not theory here.

Will lifting stunt my child’s growth?

Safety

No — that idea has been repeatedly disproven. What causes injury in young athletes is bad technique and too much load too fast, which is exactly what one-on-one coaching is designed to prevent. Every session is built around correct form first.

How is this different from their school’s weight room?

One-on-one

A school weight room is one coach to a whole team. Here your athlete has a certified trainer’s full attention, on a program written for their sport, their position and their body — not a team-wide template.

Do you work with athletes coming back from injury?

Post-rehab

Yes. Post-rehab work is something we specifically train for, and injury prevention is the reason the studio exists. We will work with your athlete’s physician or physical therapist. Five separate Google reviewers single out injury prevention by name.

My athlete plays multiple sports and is in season — how often should they train?

In season

In-season load is a coaching judgement about one specific athlete, not a number we are willing to publish as a general rule. Leo will answer it here.

Until it is written, ask us directly — the free assessment answers it properly.

What does training cost, and how are sessions sold?

Pricing

Because every program is built one-on-one around a single athlete, pricing depends on how often they train and what they’re working toward. We’d rather give you a real figure for your athlete than a generic rate that doesn’t fit — so we talk it through directly. The first session is free either way, with no card required, and you’ll know exactly how sessions are structured and priced before you commit to anything.
